Can I amend my order once i have placed it?

Our normal cut off time is 2pm the following/or same working day which mean once the order is placed you have up until this point to make any changes. Please contact us on: +44 (0)1566 777031 or email us at: info@firstboulevard.com for any changes.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead

You can cancel an order by logging into My Account and viewing your recent orders. If the button next to an order says ‘Cancel/View’, you still have time to cancel by clicking the button.

If the cancel option is not available, then it is too late cancel the order. However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order.

 

Can I exchange an item instead of a refund?

UK Customers

You can return your item for an exchange within 28 days of delivery. You can return your parcel using our Free postage service.

Please contact us prior to sending to ensure your desired item is in stock. Exchanges only apply for the same item in a different size or colour. Email: exchanges@firstboulevard.com and include your order number and item you wish to exchange.

 


Please Note - Not all items are available for exchange or return. Due to Health & Hygiene, we do not accept returns on knickers, briefs, thongs or hosiery if removed from packaging. A 'No Returns' label will be added to all underwear.

When you return your order, just place your returns form in the parcel with the following details marked on it:

    •    Your order number
    •    Which items you’d like exchanged or refunded
    •    The new size or colour you’d like of the items to be exchanged

If you haven’t indicated on your returns note that you’d like an item exchanged or the new size or colour required, then we’ll automatically issue a refund for the returned item.

We'll send you an email to let you know once we've received your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items. If an item is out of stock we’ll let you know we couldn’t exchange it and issue a refund instead. If an exchange is available, we’ll drop you another email once your new item has left our warehouse.

Any exchanged items will be sent to the default delivery address on your account using the same delivery service as your original order.
If we’ve refunded you for any items, the funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer.

  • Return through any Royal Mail post office
  • Use our prepaid label using the Royal Mail Label Service
  • Obtain proof of postage from the returning post office
  • Your return will be processed in approximately 7 working days

International Customers

You can return your item for an exchange within 38 days of delivery. 

When you return your order for an exchange, just place your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:
    •    Your order number
    •    Which items you’re returning for an exchange


As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it. It is recommended that you add a tracking service to your parcel.


It can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse in the UK. Once we receive it in its original condition, we'll issue your refund and drop you an email to let you know once this has been done. Once you've been refunded, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to show back into your account.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order dependent on time the item is ordered. For any orders placed please cancel the item within 1 hour of placing the order.

If you still want to cancel your order sign into your account look at your last order – if the button next to it says ‘Cancel/View’, you still have time to cancel it by clicking that button. The status will change to 'Cancelled'.

If you cancel your order, we don't take the money however it may take up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

If the 'Cancel/View' button is not available, it's too late for you or to cancel your order. You can return your order to us once you've received it.

 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us on info@firstboulevard.com with:
    •    The order number
    •    The faulty item's name and number
    •    A description of the fault.

We'll get back to you within 24 hours and send you a replacement once the faulty item has been sent back to us for inspection.

 

What is my returns policy?

Any item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 28 days of delivery with prior agreement for a full refund of the purchase price.

Please Note - Not all items are available for exchange or return. Due to Health & Hygiene, we do not accept returns on knickers, briefs, thongs or hosiery which have been removed from their packaging. Any item with signs of wear, fragrance or damage will not be refunded.

Returns accepted if error in dispatch.

Any return must meet all return guidelines:

    •    1. Unworn and in a saleable condition, ie. no smoking aroma or fragrance.
    •    2. In its original packaging with all Tags & Labeling intact.

If these guidelines are not upheld in full, a refund will not be issued.

We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used or tampered garments.

When you return your order, just place your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:

    •    Your order number
    •    Which items you’d like refunded
    •    All parts returned must be in the same condition in which they were sent, in adequate packaging.

Please note: - We cannot process any refunds/exchanges without this information.

Once your return is authorised an acknowledgement reference will be emailed to the address used on your original order.

 

How does your delivery service work?

Our items will be dispatched the same day for cleared payments received before 2pm.

The delivery option you select determines how the order is shipped. If any amendments need to be made, please inform us before 4pm prior to our dispatch deadline. Delivery times may vary.
