In the unlikely event you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us in the same condition you received it for an exchange or refund.
If your item was shipped to the UK, your return needs to reach us within 30 days of receipt. If your item was shipped to outside of the UK, your return needs to reach us within 38 days of receipt.
For UK customers our Freepost returns option is available.
Please note: Not all items are available for exchange or return. Any item with signs of wear, fragrance or damage will not be refunded. Due to Health & Hygiene, we do not accept returns on knickers, briefs, thongs or hosiery if item has been removed from it's original packaging.
